In this home renovation project in Cottesloe, the client wanted a connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas. We granted his request by opening up the walls to connect the living spaces indoor and replacing walls with big glass windows to create a seamless transition between the indoor and the outdoor living areas. Using wood and shades of black and white as the main colours of the home, we were able to create a natural aesthetic that looks bright and open.
For the kitchen renovation, we used Ceramo ‘Piastrelli’ subway tiles to create the splashback. For the laundry renovation, white-on-white cabinetry and benchtop matched the beige floor tiles perfectly. And for the bathroom renovation, we used Hex feature tiles, beige floors, white bench tops, huge rectangular mirrors and wall-mounted vanities. In partnership with Retreat Design, we were able to complete this project and deliver a contemporary and bright home which what our clients exactly wanted.
